David A. Dickmeyer, M.B.A.

Dave received a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University in 1978 and an M.B.A. from Butler University in 1982. Dave had a successful career as a sales engineer / marketing consultant in the automotive industry including the development of an electro-magnetic sensor which he patented in 1992. However, while studying for his M.B.A., Dave became fascinated with the financial services industry and spent several years studying investment strategies and researching and analyzing corporations and developed a high level methodology for evaluating individual stocks. After gradually exiting the automotive industry from 2000 to 2005, Dave joined a local fee-only advisory company and began a professional career in wealth management. In 2002, Dave left the firm to start his own fee-only practice; Dickmeyer Financial Management, Inc. In 2004, Ian Boyce joined Dave and together they became Dickmeyer Boyce Financial Management, Inc. Dave is the President and Managing Partner of Dickmeyer Boyce Financial Management, Inc.
Dave is a long time member of the Fort Wayne Director’s Business Group. He is also an active member of his church, Emmanuel Community Church. Dave is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his wife Tammy, three children; Holley, Kelley and Max, their spouses (Nick, Morgin and Alisha), and grandchildren.
Sara A. Stanski, FPQP®
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR | SENIOR PARAPLANNER

Sara holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Saint Mary’s College. After graduation in 2001, Sara joined a local Fee-Only advisory firm and received her Registered Paraplanner™ Certification from the College for Financial Planning in Denver. Sara worked as an Asset Management Specialist and Paraplanner for six years before joining Dickmeyer Boyce Financial Management, Inc. in 2007. Sara is the Operations Director and Senior Paraplanner for DBFM. Her areas of focus include managing and increasing office efficiency through improvements to current procedures, compliance & planning and prioritizing business functions. Sara also serves as a Senior Level Paraplanner assisting in the preparation and administration of high level financial plans.
Sara is married to Jeff and together they have three children; Charlie, Sophie and Sam. Sara is a member at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Fort Wayne. She also stays busy with her children’s various activities. In her free time she likes to read, exercise and spend time at the lake. You can find Sara most days at the pool, football field, volleyball court or baseball field cheering for her kids.
Ian D. Boyce, CFP®

Ian has been providing financial planning and wealth management advice to clients since 1999. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology with a minor concentration in Economics from the University of Vermont. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and NAPFA-Registered Financial Advisor.
Ian is a founding member and Managing Partner of Dickmeyer Boyce Financial Management. He has been quoted in numerous publications and is a frequent public speaker on financial topics. He specializes in planning for professionals and with families in transition; from retirement to divorce or death.
Ian is actively involved in a number of professional, civic, and charitable organizations within his community and serves as a Director or Board Member on several Boards including The University of St. Francis, Parkview Hospital Regional Medical Center, Parkview Hospital Foundation Board, and Questa Foundation.
Ian is a former professional hockey player well known in Fort Wayne for his time spent playing for the Fort Wayne Komets. In his free time, he enjoys cycling, gardening and golfing. He is married to Kim and has three children; Jeremy, Cameron and Chandler.
Glenda Ludlow
CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST

Glenda began working in the fee-only industry in 2009 as an administrative assistant for a Fee-Only financial planning firm in Fort Wayne, IN. She joined Dickmeyer Boyce in 2012. Glenda has become a vital member of our client service team, assisting with our daily portfolio management system download and helping to manage our client relationship management software. She also prepares client meeting reports and assists in processing new accounts, transfers, money movement and other service related requests.
Glenda is an active member of Grace Point Church. She enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with her family and friends. She is married to husband Jeff and they have two children; David and Philip and one grandson; Aidan.
Max D. Dickmeyer
INVESTMENT ADVISOR REPRESENTATIVE

Max graduated from Purdue University in 2015 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. However, he has worked for Dickmeyer Boyce Financial Management Inc. since 2010. Max’s role is multi-faceted. He is responsible for equity research and analysis, internal asset management, and assistance with technological and automation opportunities. In the short term, Max is working towards accreditation necessary for client engagement / wealth management.
Megan N. Relue
STAFF FINANCIAL ADVISOR | CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE

Megan joined Dickmeyer Boyce Financial Management in June of 2021. Megan has hit the ground running having worked for DBFM for several college and high school internships. Her primary role is providing direct support to advisors as they prepare for client meetings and to build and maintain client relationships, but her goal is to be a client facing advisor herself.
Megan received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Financial Planning from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA in 2021. She was an outstanding student, achieving a place on the dean’s list every semester of her college career and graduating in three years. While at Liberty, Megan completed her Certified Financial Planner coursework (CFP®), as well as the coursework to become a Certified Kingdom Advisor (CKA). She plans to take the CFP certification examination in the spring or summer of 2022 followed by the CKA exam at a later date.
Megan is recently married to husband Jack. She is an avid runner and together they enjoy running, hiking, cooking gourmet food and serving at their local church.
Drew D. Lanphear, CFP®, RICP®

Drew graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1999 and received an M.B.A. from Cardinal Stritch University in 2011. He spent 20 years as a sales engineer and sales director, providing industrial automation solutions to industries such as automotive, consumer electronics, food, and healthcare. Prior to joining Dickmeyer Boyce, Drew was the North American Sales Director at a leading sensor manufacturer for enabling driverless vehicles. Throughout his career in sales, Drew spent significant time studying investments, investment strategy, and wealth management, while also, managing his own portfolio of investments. In 2016 he decided to formally pursue a career in financial management and enrolled in Northwestern University’s certified financial planning program. Upon successively completing his education requirements, Drew passed his CFP ® board exam in March 2018 and now dedicates all his professional time to helping clients manage their wealth.
Outside of work Drew enjoys staying active and volunteering.
Dennis J. Bragg
RESEARCH ANALYST
Denny joined Dickmeyer Boyce Financial Management Inc. in 2012 as a Research Analyst after a career as a business owner/manufacturer’s representative for Skyline Sales Associates, Inc. Denny has always had a keen interest in economics and in particular researching investment securities and financial topics. His care and diligence has been an asset to our organization and he has become an integral member of our team assisting in the tactical evaluation of the market environment, which includes: studying company filings, forecasting and examining financial statements and disclosures.
Denny has been married to wife Kate for 27 years. They have two boys Jonathan and Patrick, both currently attending college.
Penelope Lanphear
TOP DOG
HER MOTTO:
“I really, really like treats.”
Penelope is one of the latest additions to the office. She holds no educational degree or financial designation, but, she is a 110 pound bullmastiff who will win you over with either her personality, incredibly good looks, or both. Penelope has mastered 12 commands, none of which make her financially astute, but all of which make her among the more well behaved in the office. In her free-time, Penelope enjoys tummy rubs, ear scratches, naps and anything edible that falls from a desk or a lunch room table. If you’re a dog person, she most certainly looks forward to winning you over as do we.
Our Compensation
As a Fee Only investment advisor, our sole source of compensation comes from the work that we do for our clients. We do not operate on commission or accept incentive from third parties.
We structured our compensation this way because we feel it is the best way to ensure that your interests come before our own. As fiduciaries, decisions are always made with your best interests in mind.
We will always be completely transparent on how we are compensated – it is the only way we do business. We strive to provide our clients with a variety of ways to pay us for our services.
The specific manner in which fees are charged will be established in your written agreement and reviewed with you prior to any formal engagement. General guidelines for our fees are provided below by type of service:
The fee for this service $1,000. Generally, the fee is waived for clients with assets under management of $500,000 or more. Annual reviews and plan updates can be completed on an hourly basis. Please contact us to learn more.
Fees for the Wealth Management services are based upon the assets that are under management at the beginning of each quarter. The fee is calculated using the following general guidelines for both personal and corporate clients as follows:
